Road signs remind passersby of California's precarious water situation

Signs protesting a "man-made" drought continue to dot roads in California's Central Valley.

This in a year where above-average snowpack and runoff threatens to flood some low-lying areas.

The signs are reminders of the environmental constraints within the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta that restrict water movement from Northern California to the thirsty and heavily populated Southern California.
