Grower members of Florida Citrus Mutual, Lakeland, June 11 elected one new officer, a president, two vice presidents and re-elected 17 others to govern the association for the 2008-09 season during the organization's yearly conference in Bonita Springs.
The new member elected to the board of directors is:
Larry Black, production manager of Peace River Packing Co., Fort Meade.
Fran Becker, vice president of fruit procurement for Peace River Citrus Products Inc., Bradenton.

Mark Wheeler, president of Wheeler Farms, Lake Placid.
Robert Battaglia, vice president of Battaglia Fruit Co., Winter Park.
Raymond "Bo" Bentley Jr., fruit buyer/harvesting supervisor of Bentley Bros. Inc., Winter Haven.
Dennis Broadaway, general manager of Haines City Citrus Growers Association, Haines City.
J. Kevin Bynum, co-owner of Premier Citrus Packers LLC, Vero Beach.
