2013 Michigan Fruit Management GuideHot off the press from Michigan State University is the 2013 Michigan Fruit Management Guide, an updated compendium of integrated pest management practices for the state's fruit growers.

The guide addresses native pests, such as cherry fruit fly, apple maggot and blueberry maggot, according to a news release.

But it also looks at controls for invasive species, such as apple scab, codling moth and one of the more recent newcomers, spotted winged drosphila.

The guide is available from the MSU Extension Bookstore as a hard copy for $25.

You may also download a PDF version of the guide for $20.
