Florida freeze damage estimates rise; citrus survey questioned

The toll from December freezes continues to rise in Florida, topping $370 million recently.

Most of the damage was to vegetables. But citrus growers are questioning the U.S. Department of Agriculture's special January survey that showed most samples had "no damage apparent."
