Courtesy Washington State UniversityWashington State University has published a new manual titled, "Irrigation Basics for Eastern Washington Vineyards," available for free download.
The 13-page publication provides the basics to help with irrigating vineyards, according to a news release.
It even provides equations, with examples, commonly used to calculate irrigation rates and vine water use.
The publication addresses both wine and juice grapes.
