BIRKO: Ian Bessell, director of business development and food safety for produce territories for Henderson, Colo.-based Birko, says the entryway foamer helps reduce the risk of foodborne pathogens from being spread throughout a facility. The unit is programmable for timed and regulated application of long-lasting anti-microbial foam, he says.
