GREENGATE FRESH: Romaine Slaw is taking off, particularly for school foodservice, says Jeanette De-Coninck Hertzler of the Salinas, Calif.-based GreenGate Fresh LLP. The blend offers schools a boost in nutrients over iceberg salad blends, and a more economical solution than straight romaine. By Pamela Riemenschneider
