Texas A&M showcases spud breeding efforts

Texas A&M potato breeder Creighton Miller is on a mission to find spuds that are resistant to zebra chip and the potato psyllid that transmits the disease.

But that's not all he's after.

He's also looking for potatoes that have higher yields, have better agronomic traits or fill a market niche.
