Texas A&M publishes disease pocket guide

Texas A&M vegetable disease guideCourtesy Texas AgriLifeTexas A&M University has just published a pocket-sized guide to common vegetable and fruit diseases.

The guide, which contains photos and information about common diseases, is the brainchild of Joe Masabni, an Extension vegetable specialist in College Station.

The durable, 3-by-4-inch spiral-bound guide, has information in both English and Spanish, according to a news release.

The book contains more than 100 pages describing 50 diseases on 14 commonly grown fruits and vegetables.

It is available through the AgriLife Bookstore for $10.
