Organic Management of Flea BeetleThree Pacific Northwestern universities have teamed to publish a guide to managing flea beetles in organic crops.

Titled "Organic Management of Flea Beetles," the publication is the work of Washington State University, Oregon State University and the University of Idaho, according to a news release.

It can be downloaded for free by clicking here.

The nine-page guide contains background into the pest, its life cycle, damage and management strategies.

Among the management techniques are sticky traps, floating row covers, mulches, trap crops and companion plants, predators and parasites, and organically approved chemical pesticides.
