Japanese quake has Florida grapefruit growers concerned

The recent earthquake and subsequent tsunami in Japan has left Florida grapefruit growers wondering about their largest market.

It's still too early to determine what impact the disaster may have on distribution channels within Japan.

It takes about 25 days for a shipload of grapefruit to travel from the port of Miami to Japan.
