Florida homeowners await citrus canker payments as FDACS balks

Thousands of Florida homeowners who had citrus trees removed as part of a citrus canker eradication program continue to wait for reimbursements.

The delay is despite favorable court rulings that say the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services should pay for the trees.
