Philadephia-based FMC Corp. is teaming with Química Agronómica de México, Chihuahua, Mexico, to develop several proprietary biological pesticides.
The two companies will co-develop the fungicides and insecticides for use globally, according to a news release.
Among the products that Química Agronómica de México markets are Agry-Gent plus 8 WP, a tankix of the bactericides oxitetracycline hydrochloride and gentamicin sulfate; Oxitrol DF, a fungicide based on copper oxychloride; and Regensoil WP, a polyphosphate soil conditioner.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
