Electric Fertilizer Injector
Oxnard, Calif.-based Amiad Filtration Systems introduced the Electric Fertilizer Injector at the recent World Ag Expo in Tulare, Calif.
The unit increases the accuracy of fertigation over a wide range of pressures and can operate within 2 percent and 5 percent of target rates.
An integrated computer will shut down fertigation if pumps are overloaded or injection lines are blocked.
The rugged plastic housing ensures it can withstand most weather and chemical challenges.
The unit is powered by solar panels or through an AC controller.
